April 19, 2000 - Newco is created and registered as a Limited Liability Company within the Russian Federation. The office is opened in Raduzhny and the first staff officially hired.

August 5, 2000 - The first cement pumping job is performed for Newco’s first customer.

March 12, 2001 - Newco pumps its first Hydraulic Fracturing Treatment.

June 14, 2001 - Newco signs a long-term contract for Hydraulic Fracturing Services.

January 6, 2003 - Newco’s second frac crew is put into service.

December 2003 - Newco is awarded a very large contract for cementing and fracturing services from a large multi-national oil company.

July 2004 – A third frac crew and second twin cementer arrive in Russia.

November 2004 – A contract is signed in Kazakhstan for fracturing services with a major western oil company.

December 2004 - Fourth Newco frac crew arrives. Contracts for Newco’s largest customer are renewed and increased.

February 2005 – A fifth frac crew arrives in Russia. One crew departs to Kazakhstan to start Trican Well Service - Kazakhstan. Trican Well Service Kazakhstan is registered with the Republic of Kazakhstan and final preparations for equipment are completed.

April 2005 – The first frac in Kazakhstan for Trican Well Service Kazakhstan is completed.
